Implement sales strategies and cross-selling opportunities to expand customer base 8. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities 9. Resolve escalated customer issues and complex operational challenges 10. Maintain branch security and risk management procedures

Must-Have Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field 2. 5+ years of banking or financial services experience with 3+ years in branch management 3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and performance targets 4. Strong understanding of banking regulations and compliance requirements (Reg CC, Reg D, BSA/AML) 5. Excellent leadership and team management skills with minimum 2 years supervisory experience 6. Proficiency in financial analysis and P&L management 7. Valid NMLS registration or ability to obtain within 120 days 8. FDIC compliance knowledge and experience 9. Cash handling and branch security protocol expertise

Preferred Qualifications

1. Master's degree in Business Administration or related field 2. Experience with digital banking platforms and fintech solutions 3. Background in commercial lending or business banking 4. Certified Branch Manager (CBM) or similar professional certification 5. Bilingual capabilities (Spanish preferred in many markets) 6. Experience with multiple branch locations or district management 7. Strong community involvement and local market knowledge 8. Background in retail banking with exposure to wealth management services

1. Six Sigma or Lean Management certification 2. Advanced proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, NCR, or FIS) 3. Experience driving digital transformation initiatives 4.
