Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitors with professional demeanor and prompt response 4. Organize and maintain paper and electronic filing systems according to company protocols 5. Coordinate domestic travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation 6. Process expense reports and manage petty cash according to company policies 7. Assist in preparing for meetings, conferences, and company events 8. Maintain office supply inventory and place orders as needed 9. Serve as liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
