We are seeking a detail-oriented Management Accountant to provide critical financial insights and support strategic decision-making. This role involves preparing management reports, analyzing financial data, and collaborating with department heads to drive business performance and operational efficiency.
Management Accountant responsibilities include:
1. Prepare monthly management accounts, variance analysis, and performance reports
2. Develop and maintain budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes
3. Analyze cost structures and provide recommendations for cost optimization
4. Support business units with financial insights for strategic planning
5. Monitor KPIs and prepare dashboards for senior management review
6. Assist in capital expenditure analysis and investment appraisal
7. Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies
8. Collaborate with operational teams to improve financial processes
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
2. 3+ years of management accounting experience
3. Proficiency in GAAP and management accounting principles
4. Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data analysis)
5. Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
7. Ability to communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders
8. US work authorization and eligibility for employment
Preferred Qualifications
1. CPA or CMA certification
2. Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools
3. Manufacturing or service industry background
4. Advanced degree in Business Administration or Finance
